Always verify AI-generated information with your own pharmacist, prescriber, or another qualified healthcare professional before acting on it. If something we tell you contradicts what your prescriber said, follow your prescriber.
When a licensed pharmacist on our platform responds to a question you submit, this does not establish a formal pharmacist-patient relationship in your state of residence. Our pharmacists provide general medication information based on what you share with them. They do not:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We take patient data seriously. We store your account information, medication list, allergies, and case communications using Google Firebase, a HIPAA-eligible cloud platform, with security rules that limit access to authorized parties.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through your portal settings, or by contacting us at admin@pharmdai.com. We will not sell your personal health information to third parties for marketing purposes.
However, AI processing of your messages and uploaded images may pass through third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic) to generate responses. These providers have their own privacy and data handling policies. Do not share information you would not want processed by an AI service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use this service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being misused, used in violation of these terms, or used in a way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time as our service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform and ask you to review the updated terms. Continued use of PharmD.AI after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
